service for identifying unknown phone callers and determining if they are telemarketers and mortgage companies and the like. ive been pretty amazed by this. i never answer unknown callers, but many times i have gotten calls that had no i.d., and left no message, but thought it might be someone i know, and was tempted to call back and find out. EVERY time i have entered an unknown caller into this database, it has returned results, and i have managed to avert the annoyance of telemarketers ever since dicovering this useful tool.
